Beanie Posting 02

Getting close to full length now!
One thing I wanted to get from this project was to get more consistent with my stitches. As you can see it started off quite shaky (and made a really interesting pattern!), but eventually I found a groove and managed to maintain a mostly consistent ribbing! There are points on the other side that are not as consistent on the same rows, but I was also able to recognise this and add a stitch where I had dropped one to try and correct that for future rows.
One thing that's really cool about this is the progress that's encoded in to the final project! It's clear if you follow the rows up that there is a change in how the beanie came together as time went on! I guess the same is true of many creative projects, but maybe across projects, or maybe in the same project where the same thing is repeated many times. Anyway, I think it's cool to have that record and can't wait to get on to he next stage and start decreasing for the crown :)
